Woodcock Johnson IV Tests of Achievement
Standard Battery Assessment: $110
The Standard Battery Achievement test satisfies NCDNPE (North Carolina Division of Non-Public Education) requirements for annual standardized testing for registered home school students. It covers the academic areas of reading, math, and writing, through a series of subtests within each academic area. They are as follows:
Reading: Letter-Word Identification, Passage Comprehension, Word Attack (NEW), Oral Reading (NEW), Sentence Reading Fluency, Reading Vocabulary
Math: Applied Problems, Calculation, Math Fluency
Writing: Spelling, Writing Samples, Writing Fluency
Reading: Letter-Word Identification, Passage Comprehension, Word Attack (NEW), Oral Reading (NEW), Sentence Reading Fluency, Reading Vocabulary

Extended Battery Assessment: $140
The Extended Battery tests are a collection of assessment options which include an overview of mastery in additional content areas, such as science, history, and humanities (Academic Knowledge), as well as reading diagnostics, and upper level math concepts. These individual subtests are available for administration, with an additional cost of $10 per section, as you select and need warrants. They are as follows:
For example, if you choose 2 Extended Battery sections, you would pay the Standard $90 fee, plus $20 for your two Extended Battery tests.
